Charactar History -
Twi'lek culture is divided between two classes - the warrior class and the merchant class. The warriors look down on the merchant class because of their reputation for stealing and cheating, thus digracing the Twi'lek race, and because of this, the warriors rarely mix with the merchants. But when Jandiu's father and mother met, and discovered they were very much alike, none of that mattered to them and they were wed the next year. Jand was soon born (Twi'leks blur their first and last names, therefore Jandiu's real name is Jand Iuvorr, but as a sign of honor, he is called Jandiu'Vorr), and he lead a good life. He got the best of both worlds, his father teaching him to fight and to be honorable, and his mother teaching him the ways of trading and bartering. He was very successful on Ryloth, but he yearned to see the galaxy, so as soon as he had saved enough money he bought passage offplanet and traveled to Mos Eisley on Tatooine. He served odd jobs there, such as accountant, secretary, traffic controller, and even a short stint as second in command for the infamous Lady Valarian, the late Jabba's chief competitor. He soon grew tired of the scum and filth that he had to deal with everyday, and after he had saved a good fortune, he moved to Dajo Outpost, for he had heard that it was a place of great career opurtunities. He now owns a small shipyard orbiting Hydera, and is known for his honorable work and cheap prices.
